Before the course: Update your license number in your profile to ensure your credits are reported correctly.
For in-person courses: Please ensure your Instructor of Record (IOR) marks your attendance.

  3. Upon course completion, CAPCE-approved certificates will be available in your Education profile. These documents contain all the necessary info for you to submit to your state licensing agency for CE credit. Visit this Help Center article for instructions on how to access yours.

How to Accept and Map Your CAPCE Credits in Your NREMT Profile:
Course mapping is completed in the Education section of your National Registry (NREMT) account. After completing your NSP course, follow the steps below to accept and correctly categorize your continuing education hours.

  1. Log in to your NREMT account.
2. Go to your Education tab. (This is where all CAPCE-reported NSP courses will appear.)
3. Accept your NSP-issued CE credits.
a. All NSP courses will initially display under a single CE type as shown in the table above. (Example: The OEC Cycle C Skills Refresher will appear as 8 Basic CE hours.)
4. After accepting the hours, map your credits to the correct topic areas.
a. Within your ‘Education’ tab, assign the hours to the appropriate NREMT categories such as:
i. Airway/Respiration/Ventilation
ii. Trauma
iii. Medical
iv. Pediatrics
v. Operations (or any other categories required by your certification level)
5. Once your hours are mapped, they will automatically count toward your recertification requirements.
