Leadership Structure

National Ski Patrol is lead by the Chief Executive Officer, Stephanie Cox and a global network of dedicated volunteers who invest a substantial amount of their time in advancing the mission of NSP.

The National Board Of Directors serves as the governing body of NSP and is elected by the membership. Visit the Board of Directors page.

Within the organization, there are 11 Division Directors, each responsible for overseeing one of NSP's divisions. These divisions consist of 10 geographic regions and one professional division. The Education Department, along with the National Program Directors and their respective committees, leads NSP's curriculum-based programs. Additionally, National Program Advisors are in charge of our interest groups.

The day-to-day operations of NSP are managed by our professional headquarters team, who facilitate the essential work of our patrols in promoting mountain safety. Whether it's developing an education strategy, addressing member needs, elevating our brand and communication, or maintaining financial oversight, each member of our team plays a crucial role in ensuring that National Ski Patrol remains at the forefront of safety, education and service.
