The Instructor Development CD offers an alternative method of training NSP instructor trainees. This tool, along with Instructor Development: Training the Adult Learner (#502), enables interested individuals who cannot get to a classroom setting to complete the Instructor Development course. Each person enrolled in this type of ID course must purchase this CD and manual, and must be enrolled in an approved ID course to get credit for completing the course. Comprised of 10 self-paced lessons and a final evaluation, this CD presents the course content via videos, presentations, and interaction.
